Right of withdrawal and return
Purchases made on our website are subjected to the right of withdrawal, according to Italian Law, decree law n.206 of September 6th, 2005.
If you wish to cancel/return a purchase, please notify us. The message must be provided by e-mail at info@ilba.it
Undoing part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Return You must return the goods to us without undue delay, but no later than 10 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase (remember you have 14 days to consider it). You must incur the direct costs of the return of the item. You bear the risk of the goods until we receive them.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not use it in real use. If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will receive only part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase on our webshop (the entire order), you will receive the amount you have paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have been notified that you will cancel the agreement. We will return the money using the same means of payment as you used when purchasing, unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation to have returned it.
